Before learning I had Celiac Disease, I loved making my own pasta and eating unique varieties. While most of the GF pasta nowadays is delicious, I get bored with eating the same types (penne, spaghetti, fusili, linguine...). I rarely find anything outside of those kinds of pasta. When I went to Italy, I saw that there were SO many other types of pasta and bread (like rosetta), which got me very excited, thinking I would be able to find new kinds in the US as well. Since I've been back, I have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know where I can find/buy any fun types of pasta outside of the basic varieties that I listed above?
